Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced financial services environment? We are seeking an Associate Client Service Officer to join a growing Client Services team and play a key role in supporting a Private Markets client base.
The Client Services team sits at the heart of the business, acting as the central hub for client account management, payment processing, transaction execution and ongoing relationship management. Working alongside colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, you'll gain exposure to the full client lifecycle while helping deliver a first-class service experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client accounts and respond to a variety of client queries
- Support end-to-end transaction execution and account management activities
- Ensure payments are processed accurately and within agreed service levels
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and deliver solutions
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and project work
- Support Senior Officers with day-to-day operational activities
- Develop expertise in banking, payments and client servicing
- Deliver a high-touch service experience to Private Markets clients
- Previous client service experience (financial services experience preferred but not essential)
