You will act as a key HR partner across global teams, particularly supporting colleagues in GMT time zones, while driving initiatives that directly influence culture, performance, and growth. Core duties include:
- Acting as a primary HR contact for international teams, ensuring a connected and high-performing culture
- Leading onboarding and integration for new hires and acquisitions globally
- Designing and delivering manager training programmes
- Supporting performance reviews, promotions, and career development frameworks
- Partnering on full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline management
- Owning onboarding & offboarding experiences end-to-end
- Maintaining HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Driving initiatives that strengthen culture across global teams
Looking for 4–6 years’ HR experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment, background in financial services or professional services preferred, ideally educated to degree level, strong problem-solving ability with high emotional intelligence, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working without a playbook, exposure on an European/Global scale essential, excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity, tech-savvy (Rippling, Lattice, G-Suite a plus), a “no task too small” mindset with strong ownership.
