Client Support & Relationship Associate – Crypto Asset Management

The Role

As a Client Support & Relationship Associate, you will play a key role in supporting client engagement across Europe. This is a highly visible, front-facing role where fluency in French and a willingness to travel are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client intelligence and supporting sales initiatives
  • Providing roadshow and event support, including organisation and attendance
  • Delivering marketing support and assisting with content creation
  • Maintaining and optimising the CRM system
  • Supporting senior team members with client communications

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a bright, professional, and adaptable individual with:

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a client-facing role
  • A strong service orientation and client-first mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French & English)
  • Interest in finance, ETFs, and cryptocurrency markets

Additional European languages and personal investment experience in ETFs/crypto are desirable but not essential
