Help build our new London office from the ground up. We’re a leading global asset manager seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support the MD and run day-to-day operations as part of an exciting office launch.
What you’ll do
- Provide full PA support to the MD: complex diary management and international travel
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and board materials
- Plan and deliver global events and senior meetings
- Lead office operations: vendor management, budgets, policies, and H&S
- Project manage the London office set-up and move-in
What you’ll bring
