Weβre hiring an experienced Paraplanner to join a modern, client-focused financial planning team based in London. If you have a passion for translating complex financial advice into clear, actionable client documents and enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-performing environment β this could be your next step.
- Write clear, compliant and client-friendly suitability letters.
- Assess client needs and work closely with advisers to shape financial strategies.
- Research and analyse a range of financial planning solutions.
- Produce advice documents across pensions, investments, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, IHT, VCTs, and EISs.
- Support implementation of advice by working alongside administrators.
- Attend client meetings on occasion, particularly for cashflow modelling support.
- Keep client records and research well-maintained within internal systems.
- Contribute to process and proposition improvements.
- Act as a technical point of contact for the team.
- Share best practices and attend industry events for continued development.
- Strong technical understanding across a wide range of financial planning areas.
- Confident working within compliance frameworks and FCA regulations.
- Experience writing suitability reports and conducting research.
- Comfortable using financial planning tools such as Voyant, FE Analytics, MS Office.
- Detail-oriented, articulate and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive and proactive approach, always looking for ways to improve outcomes.
- Competitive salary of Β£45,000 – Β£55,000 DOE
