About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing investment and wealth management firm based in London. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of critical operational functions, lead process improvements, and play a key role in supporting a high-performing operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational activity across the firm
- Lead and manage the quarterly valuations process
- Supervise and mentor an Operations Analyst
- Maintain and support operational systems and third-party service providers
- Drive process improvement and automation projects
- Support internal teams with data control, reporting, and ad hoc operational needs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an operational role within wealth management or investment management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with data and operational systems (experience with SQL or a willingness to learn is a plus)
