Our client, a leading European finance firm with a highly regarded and collaborative EA network, is seeking a confident and proactive EA to support multiple Managing Directors within their Investment Banking team, alongside lighter-touch support to the wider group.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, managing complex diaries, international travel, expenses, and providing project-related support in a dynamic, high-performing environment.

Looking for an EA/senior Team Assistant with circa 4-5 years experience looking for their next step with experience gained within investment banking, private equity, or M&A with exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
