- We are recruiting an experienced
Payroll / Reward Manager to join a leading financial services business specialising in credit management, servicing and advisory solutions offering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an ASAP start , suited to an experienced international payroll professional who can take ownership of complex payrolls across the UK and multiple international jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end UK and international payroll processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage payroll and benefits inputs, reconciliations and monthly reporting.
- Liaise closely with Finance, HR and external payroll and benefits providers.
- Manage employee payroll queries and ensure an excellent level of service.
- Ensure year-end payroll and payroll-related tax obligations are completed accurately.
- Review the performance and service levels of external payroll providers.
- Support payroll transformation and provider-change projects, including payroll migrations.
- Produce payroll reporting and analysis using advanced Excel.
- Support benefits administration and wider reward-related activities.
Essential experience
- Strong international payroll experience , including hands-on experience with
France (and ideally Germany) payrolls.
Advanced Excel skills .
- Proven experience of migrating payrolls from one provider to another .
- Experience evaluating and managing third-party payroll providers.
- Previous payroll experience within financial services or professional services .
- Strong payroll reconciliation, reporting and analytical skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and confidently manage multiple payroll cycles and deadlines.
Experience of
ADP and wider US/international payroll exposure would be advantageous.
