Full-time | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH) London

We are hiring a Trade Analyst to join a high-performing Operations team within a boutique, high-growth investment environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced markets, thrives on accuracy, and wants to develop their skills across trade processing, reporting, and operational controls.

What you’ll be doing

  • Ensuring previous day trading activity is accurately reflected across internal systems
  • Aggregating and transmitting client orders to custodian banks promptly
  • Overseeing and checking execution of trading across multiple platforms
  • Producing daily transaction reporting in line with regulatory requirements (MiFID)
  • Completing operational controls to ensure trade accuracy and integrity
  • Supporting trade processing and transaction reporting through high-quality data management
  • Checking asset set-ups to ensure correct trade data
  • Tracking and managing corporate actions responses

Additional responsibilities

  • Weekly and ad-hoc transaction reporting audits, remediation, and analysis
  • Supporting in-specie internal and external transfers
  • Creating trading MI and service level reporting
  • Quarterly and ad-hoc fee processing and analysis
  • Maintaining process documentation and keeping workflows up to date
  • Supporting broader trading activities (liquidations, rebalancing, risk-level changes)
  • Cross-training and contributing to continuous improvement projects

What we’re looking for

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with (or willingness to learn) SQL
  • Familiarity with the trading cycle
  • Awareness of trading systems and operational processes

  • Introductory investment qualification (or willingness to study)
