We are partnering with a fast-growing luxury real estate and hospitality business in Central London to hire a commercially focused Commercial Manager to join the leadership team during an exciting period of expansion.

This is a high-impact role offering genuine progression, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to play a key role in driving commercial performance across a premium property portfolio.

The business is looking for an ambitious and commercially astute individual with a strong finance or accounting background who can take ownership of occupancy, revenue, forecasting, yield, and overall commercial performance while building strong relationships with brokers, agents, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Manage occupancy, pricing, yield, and forecasting performance across the portfolio
  • Analyse commercial performance and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Build and manage relationships with brokers, agents, clients, and commercial partners
  • Support commercial negotiations and contractual discussions
  • Monitor risk, commercial agreements, and business performance metrics
  • Produce forecasting models, reporting, and commercial analysis using advanced Excel
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support growth strategy and operational performance

Strong finance, commercial, or accounting background

ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified preferred

Experience managing revenue, forecasting, yield, occupancy, or commercial performance

Advanced Excel and reporting capability

Performance-related bonus
