Our client, a highly regarded investment firm based in the city, is looking for an HR Associate to join their collaborative HR team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional with strong operational and payroll exposure gained within financial or professional services who is looking for their next step within a supportive, progressive, and team-oriented business.

City of London | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home)

Salary DOE + annual discretionary bonus + competitive benefits

Immediate start preferred (maximum 1-month notice period)

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years’ solid and relevant HR experience within finance or professional services
  • Strong HR generalist background including recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
  • Experience supporting payroll processes, ideally across international regions
  • Analytical mindset with strong MS Excel and HRIS experience (Sage People highly desirable)
  • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A hands-on, collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The role will involve:

  • Supporting the HR function across the full employee lifecycle
  • Managing onboarding and HR administration processes
  • Supporting payroll processing and responding to employee queries
  • Maintaining HRIS records and producing HR reporting
