Our client, a highly regarded investment firm based in the city, is looking for an HR Associate to join their collaborative HR team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional with strong operational and payroll exposure gained within financial or professional services who is looking for their next step within a supportive, progressive, and team-oriented business.
What we’re looking for:
3–5 years’ relevant HR experience within finance or professional services
Strong HR generalist background including recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
Experience supporting payroll processes, ideally across international regions
Analytical mindset with strong MS Excel and HRIS experience (Sage People highly desirable)
Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills
A hands‑on, collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
The role will involve:
Supporting the HR function across the full employee lifecycle
Managing onboarding and HR administration processes
Supporting payroll processing and responding to employee queries
Maintaining HRIS records and producing HR reporting
Delivering a first‑class HR service across the business
