We are working with a premium flexible workspace provider to find a standout Head Receptionist for a stunning site in Marble Arch. This is a 5 days in office role (Mon–Fri) where you will take full ownership of a luxury front-of-house experience acting as the face of the business and creating a seamless, high-end client journey from the moment guests walk through the door.

The Role

You will lead the reception function, delivering an exceptional meet & greet service while managing day-to-day front desk operations, client relationships, and supporting the wider centre team.
