This is a brilliant opportunity for a graduate in the early stages of their career who is looking to build their experience within a highly reputable and established wealth management firm.

The Professional Advisor Services team works predominantly with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), so this is a fast-paced, relationship-led role where you will need to be organised, confident on the phone, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. There will also be some direct client contact, making up approximately 15% of the role.

The role will include:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to IFAs
  • Acting as a key point of contact for advisers and clients
  • Handling telephone queries confidently and professionally
  • Maintaining accurate client information and records
  • Organising meetings and preparing relevant documentation
  • Supporting the wider office with general admin and reception cover when required

I am looking for someone capable, resilient, and genuinely happy to roll their sleeves up in a busy team. Ideally, you will have 1–3 years’ relevant experience, although we will consider candidates with at least a year’s experience gained within financial services, ideally wealth management or an IFA environment, as well as experience using a CRM system.

Above all, you will need to be polished, personable, switched-on, and organised, ideally educated to degree level with strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with both advisers and clients.

A great opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within wealth management and join a respected firm where client service is genuinely at the heart of the business.
