This is a senior client-facing role for an entrepreneurial professional who combines strong technical expertise with commercial judgement and relationship-building skills.

You will lead complex advisory mandates, develop trusted relationships with fund managers and lenders, originate new business opportunities and help shape the continued growth of the firm.

Working directly alongside the firm's leadership, you will play an integral role in delivering strategic advice to some of the world's leading alternative investment managers.

Lead complex fund finance and strategic advisory mandates from origination through execution.

Advise private market fund managers on financing strategy across subscription, NAV, hybrid and bespoke structures.

Manage lender selection processes, market soundings and competitive financing exercises.

Structure innovative financing solutions tailored to client objectives.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with fund managers, lenders, legal advisers and other stakeholders.

Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate successful transaction execution.

8–12+ years' experience in fund finance, debt advisory, leveraged finance or financial sponsors.

~ Strong execution experience across subscription facilities, NAV finance or related products.

~ Proven ability to manage complex financing transactions.

~ Excellent commercial judgement and client relationship skills.

~ Established network across fund managers, banks and institutional lenders.

~ Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.

~ Experience advising alternative asset managers.

CFA, ACA, CAIA or equivalent professional qualification.

Additional European language skills.
