This is an outstanding opportunity for a graduate with circa 9 months+ experience to join a leading global financial solutions provider, as an Associate Client Service Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high-performing Client Services team, supporting clients across payments, account management, and transaction processing.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Managing client accounts and responding to a wide range of client queries
  • Supporting end-to-end transaction and payment processing
  • Ensuring service levels are met
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with account management, payment solutions, and client onboarding support
  • Identifying process improvements and contributing to business projects and initiatives
  • Delivering exceptional, high-touch client service while ensuring compliance with internal procedures

Looking for outstanding communication and client service skills, strong attention to detail and organisational abilities, proactive, adaptable with a team-oriented approach. Financial services experience preferred but not essential, the focus will be on personality/cultural fit.
