Job Title: IT Helpdesk Team Lead / Manager

Location: London City – 5 Days in office

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + Bonus

Financial Services Business – a market-leading executing agent

Position Overview:

Responsible for managing a support team of 5 supporting around 150 users including a busy trade floor covering 1st, 2nd and 3rd line incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the helpdesk and support operations
  • Leading the support team of 5 engineers
  • Hands on technical support

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience leading / managing a support team in a fast-paced

environment.

  • Must have previous experience supporting a trade floor
  • Technical knowledge and experience supporting a Microsoft infrastructure
  • Experience supporting trading software / applications
