Job Title: IT Helpdesk Team Lead / Manager
Location: London City – 5 Days in office
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + Bonus

Position Overview:
Responsible for managing a support team of 5 supporting around 150 users including a busy trade floor covering 1st, 2nd and 3rd line incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the helpdesk and support operations
- Leading the support team of 5 engineers
- Hands on technical support
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience leading / managing a support team in a fast-paced
environment.
- Must have previous experience supporting a trade floor
- Technical knowledge and experience supporting a Microsoft infrastructure
- Experience supporting trading software / applications
