The role offers broad exposure across Equities, Fixed Income, Repos, and OTC products, with a strong focus on Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, and end-to-end trade support.
About the Role
The Trade Operations Analyst will manage the full trade lifecycle from T0 through settlement and support trading activity across various asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full trade lifecycle from T0 through settlement.

- Repos
- OTC products
- Ownership of Corporate Actions processing and oversight.
- Regulatory Reporting.
- Monitor and investigate cash and position reconciliations.
- Resolve trade breaks and settlement issues with brokers, custodians, and counterparties.
- Partner with Front Office, Compliance, Finance, and external service providers.
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, and AI-driven operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years' experience within Trade Operations / Middle Office.

- Cash reconciliations
- Position reconciliations
- Settlements
- Corporate Actions
- Regulatory Reporting
- Experience supporting multi-asset products including Equities, Fixed Income, Repos, and OTC instruments.
- Buy-side experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional sell-side candidates with relevant product and operational experience will also be considered.
- Interest in technology, automation, and AI-enabled operational efficiencies.
- Required Skills
- Strong Corporate Actions background.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced hedge fund or asset management environment.
- Broad operational exposure rather than a siloed function.
- Able to understand and investigate cash and position movements independently.
- Experience using Geneva as a core portfolio accounting and operations platform.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience in a multi-asset trading environment.
- Familiarity with automation tools and AI technologies.
