Head of Legal & Compliance β Fintech
Location: London (Hybrid)
A high-growth fintech in the trading sector is looking for an experienced Head of Legal & Compliance to lead its legal, regulatory, and governance strategy through an exciting phase of expansion and upcoming FCA authorisation.
This is a key senior role for a commercially minded, hands-on legal professional with strong regulatory expertise. You\βll oversee all legal and compliance activity from commercial contracts and M&A to data protection, governance, and risk management, while guiding the business through FCA readiness and beyond.
You\βll design and embed robust frameworks, manage multi-jurisdiction compliance and guide on MLRO, ensuring the business scales responsibly and effectively.

Is a qualified solicitor with experience in fintech, brokerage, or financial services.
Has been through the FCA authorisation process and understands the regulatory landscape.
