Our Fund Finance Advisory team advises sponsors on a broad range of financing products across fund, GP, and management company structures. We work closely with clients throughout the lifecycle of a transaction — from structuring and lender engagement through execution and ongoing relationship management.

The Role

You will work as part of the Fund Finance Advisory team supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of a wide range of fund finance transactions. You will be exposed to leading private markets sponsors and a broad spectrum of financing products including subscription facilities, NAV financing, GP financing, hybrid structures, and management company facilities. The role combines analytical execution, transaction management, market engagement, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the origination and execution of fund finance advisory mandates across subscription line, NAV, GP, and hybrid financing products;
  • Perform detailed financial and structural analysis to support transaction execution and strategic client advice;
  • Lead the preparation of marketing materials, lender presentations, information memoranda, and financial models;
  • Manage workstreams throughout the transaction process, coordinating with lenders, legal counsel, and clients;
  • Support clients through term sheet negotiations and financing documentation processes;
  • Conduct market analysis and maintain knowledge of developments across the fund finance landscape;
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks, private credit providers, and other participants in the fund finance market;
  • Work closely with senior team members on sponsor coverage and business development initiatives;
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of internal processes, market materials, and execution capabilities.

Experience / Skills / Attributes Required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years within Fund Finance, Private Credit, Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, or a related advisory environment;
  • Strong understanding of fund finance products and private markets structures;
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or executing financing transactions;
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and counterparties;
  • High attention to detail while maintaining commercial awareness and strategic perspective;
  • Strong organisational and project management skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment;
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to build expertise within the fund finance market.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with subscription finance, NAV lending, GP financing, or private capital solutions;
  • Existing relationships within the fund finance lending community;
  • Exposure to hedging or structured products;
  • CFA or CAIA qualification (or progress toward certification);
  • Proficiency in a second European language.
