We are seeking a polished, professional, and client-focused Front of House / Office Manager to become the face of our firm. This is a pivotal role within a collaborative, supportive, and professional team of around 25 people.
About the Role
You will take ownership of all front of house, meet & greet, and reception duties, while also managing the day-to-day running of the office. Alongside this, you will provide key administrative support to the wider team, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
This role offers the opportunity to work with autonomy, take pride in creating a welcoming environment, and contribute to the overall professionalism of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
- Managing all reception and front of house duties with efficiency and attention to detail
- Overseeing the smooth running of the office, including supplies, facilities, and general upkeep
- Providing administrative support to the wider team of approximately 25 professionals
- Ensuring the workspace reflects the high standards of the firm
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Polished, approachable, and client-focused, with a strong sense of pride in their role and environment
- Proactive and hands-on, with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Experienced in a front of house, reception, or office support role within financial services or professional services
Experience Required:
- 2–4 years’+ relevant reception/front of house and administrative experience (ideally within finance or professional services)
