Job Title: Operations Manager Location: London Job Type: Full-time Industry: Wealth & Investment Management About the Role We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing investment and wealth management firm based in London. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of critical operational functions, lead process improvements, and play a key role in supporting a high-performing operations team. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operational activity across the firm Lead and manage the quarterly valuations process Supervise and mentor an Operations Analyst Maintain and support operational systems and third-party service providers Drive process improvement and automation projects Support internal teams with data control, reporting, and ad hoc operational needs What We’re Looking For Proven experience in an operational role within wealth management or investment management Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent organisational and communication skills Experience managing or mentoring junior staff Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with data and operational systems (experience with SQL or a willingness to learn is a plus)
