A fast-growing and highly innovative UK energy company at the forefront of the renewable energy transition is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join its dynamic team in the heart of London’s West End. This is a newly created role supporting two senior Directors in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. The position offers genuine scope for progression and the opportunity to broaden responsibilities as the company continues its exciting growth journey.

The role will involve extensive organisational support including:

  • Complex diary and schedule management
  • International travel coordination
  • Project support
  • Preparation of high-level presentations using PowerPoint to an advanced standard
  • Acting as a true right-hand support within a demanding and ever-changing environment

The successful candidate will be:

  • An experienced EA with a minimum 5+ years’ experience gained within fast-paced sectors such as banking, finance, consultancy, or professional services
  • Highly organised and accustomed to managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Calm under pressure with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive, inquisitive, polished, and confident in their ability to push back where required
  • Flexible in approach and keen to fully embed themselves within a collaborative and ambitious culture
