Our client, a leading, global Fintech firm based in beautiful, modern offices in the heart of London is seeking a bright, dedicated, hardworking, and collaborative Events Executive to join their Marketing team. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join an incredibly successful team where you will plan, coordinate, and deliver a year-round programme of corporate events and marketing initiatives. The role is well suited to a recent graduate seeking to build a strong foundation in corporate events and marketing within a professional environment.
Core duties:
- Assisting all in-house and external business events including exhibition, seminars, speaking engagements, presentations, summits, and client entertainment.
- Assist with all end-to-end logistics, regular reporting, assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, maintain strong relationships with key internal teams and external clients and provide administration, and project support.
A recent graduate with relevant exposure or intern experience in events, marketing, or communications preferred.
Key requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen to learn and develop, coupled with a friendly, approachable, and confident personality who enjoys building relationships with stakeholders.
- A good understanding of the London hospitality scene would also be beneficial but not required.
