We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Paraplanner to join our growing financial planning team. This is an opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth clients, averaging £1 million in assets, across pensions, investments, and estate planning.

You will be integral in supporting advisers and clients while also owning the role, bringing initiative, technical insight, and independent judgment to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full paraplanning support to advisers and clients.
  • Prepare detailed cash flow modelling, proposals, and transfer analysis.
  • Draft clear and compliant suitability reports.
  • Work extensively on pension consolidations, tax-free cash planning, and estate planning.
  • Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, and tax planning.
  • Liaise with product providers, clients, and advisers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Take ownership of cases from start to finish, ensuring a high standard of delivery.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years’ experience in a paraplanning role.
