I am delighted to be working with a highly regarded, independently owned Wealth Management firm. They are looking for an experienced Client Services Executive to join their Portfolio Management team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in wealth management or financial services who genuinely enjoys the client-facing side of their role.

You will work closely with Portfolio Managers and the wider business, providing a consistently high level of support to clients and intermediaries. The role will include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and intermediaries
  • Responding to client queries and providing proactive day-to-day support
  • Preparing meeting packs and presentation materials
  • Supporting quarterly valuations and client reporting
  • Assisting with new client onboarding, KYC and suitability processes
  • Liaising closely with Operations, Risk & Compliance, and other internal teams
  • Processing client instructions and payments
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
  • Providing wider administrative and office support when required

I am looking for someone with at least three years’ relevant financial services experience who is polished, personable and exceptionally organised. You will need excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the confidence to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike. CRM experience is important, with Xplan particularly advantageous. Above all, this will suit someone who takes real ownership of their work, is proactive, resilient, and passionate about delivering an excellent client experience.
