Client Services Associate
Client services team that sits in London. The department is responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing the processing of payments and deal-based transactions and driving client efficiency. All whilst forging key relationships with our clients, banks, and internal stake holders.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify opportunities for clients to support their servicing needs
- Involvement in all aspects of the client journey from pre-account submissions to ongoing account management
- Business operational projects
- Ensuring that processes and procedures are adhered to
- Ensure all reviews are being processed in a timely manner and Service-Level Agreements are adhered to
- Developing relationships with the wider business and key clients
- Specialists in areas in the alternative investment industry
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
- Maintaining key relationships with Front Office pre and post-sale
- Identifying system and process improvements and raising these for consideration
- Participating in projects ensuring business requirements are understood
- Provide high-touch Client Service to the Global Accounts Client Book
- Hold yourself and the wider team to an exceptional standard
- Delivering your own work and the wider teams to tight deadlines
Skills & Experience Required
- Over 2 years experience in a similar role, Client facing or KYC processing
- Knowledge of KYC/AML documents and requirements
- To take a holistic approach to situations and see the wider picture
- Strong time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to operate in a professional manner and environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Pro-activity in your approach to account management • Methodical and numerate, with a strong attention to detail.
