An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join a leading global Financial Services organisation. This is a client-facing role focused on delivering an exceptional onboarding experience, building long-term client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of a market-leading deposit platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial engagement through to account activation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing outstanding service and ongoing support.
- Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Operations and Client Services teams to ensure smooth delivery throughout the client lifecycle.
- Respond to client enquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to increase client engagement.
- Produce management information, analyse client data, and support business growth initiatives.
- Create client presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
About you:
- Previous experience in Client Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management within Financial Services.
- Experience supporting client onboarding and account opening processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong analytical abilities.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
