An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join a leading global Financial Services organisation. This is a client-facing role focused on delivering an exceptional onboarding experience, building long-term client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of a market-leading deposit platform.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial engagement through to account activation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing outstanding service and ongoing support.
  • Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Operations and Client Services teams to ensure smooth delivery throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Respond to client enquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to increase client engagement.
  • Produce management information, analyse client data, and support business growth initiatives.
  • Create client presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

About you:

  • Previous experience in Client Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management within Financial Services.
  • Experience supporting client onboarding and account opening processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong analytical abilities.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
