We're looking for a relationship-driven professional to join our Private Markets team, owning the client onboarding journey and building lasting relationships across our client base. You'll work closely with Sales, Client Services, Compliance, Operations, and Relationship Management to deliver a seamless, best-in-class client experience.
- Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, from first engagement through to account funding.
- Guide clients and Relationship Managers through onboarding documentation and requirements.
- Partner with Sales and Relationship Management to deliver an outstanding client experience and grow wallet share.
- Monitor dormant accounts and re-engage clients on funding intentions.
- Support MI reporting, business performance analysis, and client presentations.
- Maintain accurate client records and help improve the onboarding process.
Experience:
- Experience in Client Relationship Management, Client Services, or Account Management within Financial Services.
- A track record supporting client onboarding and account opening.
- Strong relationship management and client service skills.
- An analytical mindset, confident interpreting data to inform decisions.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Exposure to compliance or regulatory onboarding in Financial Services is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
