We are partnering with a fast-growing luxury real estate and hospitality business in Central London to hire a commercially focused Commercial Manager to join the leadership team during an exciting period of expansion.

The business is looking for an ambitious and commercially astute individual with a strong finance or accounting background who can take ownership of occupancy, revenue, forecasting, yield, and overall commercial performance while building strong relationships with brokers, agents, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage occupancy, pricing, yield, and forecasting performance across the portfolio
- Analyse commercial performance and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Build and manage relationships with brokers, agents, clients, and commercial partners
- Support commercial negotiations and contractual discussions
- Monitor risk, commercial agreements, and business performance metrics
- Produce forecasting models, reporting, and commercial analysis using advanced Excel
- Work closely with senior leadership to support growth strategy and operational performance
Strong finance, commercial, or accounting background is required. ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified preferred. Experience managing revenue, forecasting, yield, occupancy, or commercial performance is essential. Advanced Excel and reporting capability is necessary.
