Unique opportunity for an Office Manager to join a rapidly growing and successful company in the energy sector.This is much more than a traditional facilities role! We’re looking for the lynchpin of the office and someone who will be the go-to person for the team, take real pride in the workplace and genuinely enjoy making sure everything and everyone is looked after.You will take ownership of: Day-to-day office management and workplace experience Meeting rooms, hospitality, refreshments, and office presentation Internal events, team gatherings, and leadership meetings New starter set-up, IT/infrastructure coordination, and access Desk plans, office moves and space planning Supplier management, contracts, and negotiation Office budgets, forecasting, and cost control Facilities, maintenance, and workplace compliance We are looking for someone friendly, helpful, energetic, and proactive, a natural doer who spots what needs doing and makes it happen. You will need previous office management/workplace experience alongside strong budget management and supplier negotiation skills. This could be a brilliant step up for an Office Manager from a smaller business looking to broaden their experience within a larger organisation, or equally someone looking for a sideways move into an exciting new sector where they can bring their ideas, implement best practice and grow with the business.
