Relief Maintenance Worker

Hours are offered on an as and when required basis
\\n
£14.44 per hour (including Distant Islands Allowance)
\\n
A shift allowance will be paid for unsocial hours worked where appropriate
\\n
Applications are sought for a Relief Maintenance Worker.
\\n
Duties include ensuring all parks, play areas, playing fields, benches, allotments and general grounds maintenance projects are maintained in a safe condition and to a high standard. The role also includes carrying out a range of other general maintenance tasks as required, such as transporting equipment and conducting general health and safety checks within facilities.
\\n
Applicants should have a good general standard of education including literacy and numeracy, and have experience of carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance, along with using a variety of tools and equipment.
\\n
You should hold a full current driving licence.
\\n
This post requires Level 1 Disclosure Scotland Clearance.
\\n
