£15.94 / £16.38 per hour
\nThe above amounts include Distant Islands Allowance.
\nYou will be reporting to Darren Bisby Team Manager, Roads and Grounds Operations.
\nYour working pattern is as and when required.
\nTo apply for this position, you must be resident on the island of Hoy.
\nThe purpose of this role is to undertake a range of roads and municipal related activities. This will include the delivery of the Councils winter maintenance service which will involve working in all weather conditions.
\nThe necessary qualification, experience and skills required for this role are detailed in the ‘must have’ section of the attached job profile. These criteria are used for decisions on shortlisting and appointment of applicants.
\nThis post requires a Level 1 Disclosure check.
