Administrative Assistant at Harbour Authority Building, Scapa

35 hours per week

Permanent

£30,060 - £30,662 (£16.47 - £16.80 per hour). The above amounts include Distant Islands Allowance.

You will be reporting to the Team Manager Operational Support, Marine Services and Transportation.

Your working pattern is 0900 - 1700, Monday to Friday. We are happy to talk flexible working, where possible.

The purpose of this role is to provide high standard general administrative and business support. The successful candidate will support the Team Manager in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of Marine Services administration.

The postholder must be organised, able to work on your own initiative and prioritise work to meet deadlines. Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills are essential. Candidates will also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
