A Social Care Assistant at Sunnybrae Centre, working 29.6 hours per week on a permanent basis with a salary of £33,407 - £34,086 pro-rata (£17.32 - £17.67 per hour). The role involves providing person-centred care to individuals, enabling them to live as independently as possible, in line with the Health and Social Care Standards and the Scottish Social Services Council Codes of Practice.

As a Social Care Assistant, you will support tenants with daily living, wellbeing, and maintaining their routines and independence. Responsibilities include:
