The above amounts include Distant Islands Allowance.
You will be reporting to Team Manager (Resources). Your working pattern is 35 hours per week. We are happy to talk flexible working, where possible.
The successful candidate will assist the management team in providing a full range of professional support, ensuring that the business aspects of Education and Active Communities are delivered effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner.
Candidates should have significant experience in administrative practices and be familiar with all Microsoft Office packages. We require enthusiastic individuals that continually seek ways to improve all aspects of our service and actively support colleagues to implement positive changes to working practices.
You will have excellent organisational and time management skills and have the ability to communicate to service users at all levels, both internally and externally. You will work to strict deadlines, use your own initiative and be able to work unsupervised. You should be able to demonstrate experience of working accurately with figures producing information and reports on time.
