UHI Orkney is seeking two experienced, motivated and innovative individuals to join our team as Curriculum Leaders. One role will manage Art, Childcare, Education, Hairdressing & Hospitality, while the other will manage Business, Health, Social Care & Tourism.

The purpose of this role is to lead on the delivery and development of a large single or several smaller curriculum areas to maintain and enhance the quality of provision and ensure that training and further/higher educational opportunities meet the future needs of the communities of Orkney.

As Curriculum Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Effective management of staff and resources
  • Ensuring delivery within a managed and balanced budget
  • Operational and resource planning
  • Line management and quality assurance

This post is a regulated role with children and requires Level 2 Disclosure with PVG scheme membership.

Interview expenses are payable for this post. A relocation package is available in line with Council Policy.
