The above amounts include Distant Islands Allowance

You will be reporting to Service Manager – Corporate Catering.

\n

Your working pattern is Monday and Friday 08:30 – 14:00, Tuesday and Thursday 09:30 – 14:00, including a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. We are happy to talk flexible working, where possible.

\n

The purpose of this role is to undertake duties as cook, working with the cook supervisor you will be assisting with the provision of the school meal service at Glaitness School.

\n

Duties include preparation, cooking and service of food, supervision of staff, menu planning, ordering of provisions, ensuring all aspects of service provision complies with food safety and completion of associated records, cash handling and liaising with school staff, parents, and pupils.

\n

\n This post is a regulated role with children and requires Level 2 Disclosure with PVG scheme membership.
