Responsibilities
- Be the friendly face of onboarding, guiding customers every step of the way.
- Solve tricky problems fast, working hand‑in‑hand with our support team.
- Champion customer feedback so it actually shapes what we build next.
- Juggle multiple projects without dropping a single ball.
- Get properly hands‑on with Bullhorn and the wider Kyloe product suite.
Qualifications
- Great communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A project management mindset – organised, calm under pressure.
- Recruitment industry experience (bonus points for Bullhorn know‑how).
- Genuine curiosity about how our products work, inside and out.
