We are seeking an organised and proactive team player to provide high-quality administrative and financial support in a busy environment at The Pickaquoy Centre. This is a key role within our Finance and Administration team, supporting the coordination of bookings across sports clubs, schools, community groups and events, alongside essential finance tasks.
The role includes processing invoices, assisting with bookings, handling enquiries, and using leisure management systems (full training provided). You will work closely with colleagues across the Centre, helping to ensure bookings and financial processes are managed efficiently and to a high standard.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and IT skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines while working effectively as part of a team. In return, this role offers a varied workload and the opportunity to develop skills across both finance and administration within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Family friendly, flexible working requests and/or part-time hours will be considered.
