We are seeking a practical, motivated individual to join our production team as a Distillery Operator. This is a hands-on role which will cover brewing, distillation, cask management, warehousing, packaging and general production activities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a range of products including malt whisky, grain whisky, rum and gin.
Previous distilling and brewing experience is welcome but not essential. We are primarily looking for someone with the right attitude, practical ability and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Salary dependent on experience.
