Otsime müügikasvujuhti, kelle peamine vastutus on võtmeklientide äriline arendamine ja jätkusuutliku müügikasvu juhtimine. Ootame Sind tööle alates augusti keskpaigast.

Sinu töö sisu:

  • Oled kommertstiimi keskse võtmerolli kandja, kes ühendab müügi ja turunduse ühise eesmärgi nimel ning kellega koostöös saavutad äritulemused.
  • Vastutad võtmeklientide müügikasvu ja kasumlikkuse eest, seades ja saavutades ambitsioonikaid ärieesmärke.
  • Kujundad ja viid ellu pikaajalisi võtmekliendistrateegiaid, mis loovad reaalse ja kestva äriväärtuse.
  • Oled eestvedaja läbirääkimistes võtmeklientidega – juhid lepinguid, hinnastamist, koostöötingimusi ja kampaaniaid.
  • Juhid ja arendad oma tiimi, inspireerid, sead selged ootused ja viid inimesed tulemuseni.
  • Realiseerid võimalused, mida pakuvad Orkla kasutuses olevad tänapäevased müügi- ja turundusjuhtimise tööriistad – andmed, süsteemid ja eeldused on olemas, Sinul on vabadus ja vastutus need tulemuseks pöörata.

Ootused Sinule:

  • Vähemalt 5-aastane töökogemus müügi- või ärijuhtimise rollis, sh võtmeklientide juhtimisel ja vähemalt 3-aastane inimeste juhtimise kogemus.
  • Kõrgharidus ametikohta toetavas valdkonnas ja tugev äriline ning finantsiline mõtlemine.
  • Tulemusele orienteeritus ja süsteemne tegutsemisviis – kasutad otsuste tegemisel nii andmeid, kui tugevat ärivaistu.
  • Väga hea läbirääkimis- ja mõjutamisoskus ning oskus ehitada pikaajalisi kliendisuhteid.
  • Valmidus juhtida muutusi ja kohaneda kiiresti dünaamilises ärikeskkonnas.
  • Väga hea eesti ja inglise keele oskus.
