As a Marketing Executive, you’ll support the Senior Brand Manager (SBM) and wider Brand Marketing team in bringing the Healthspan brand to life across the customer journey; from awareness and acquisition through to conversion and retention. This role would suit someone early in their marketing career or currently working in a project-focused or operational role who’s looking to move into a more creative, brand-led environment. You’ll play a key part in delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns, coordinating activity across teams and agencies, and helping ensure our brand shows up consistently and confidently wherever customers meet us.

Brand Management and Championship

  • Support the SBM in the further development of branding assets and documentation.
  • Work with the brand team to champion the brand across the business; raising awareness and engagement with our brand positioning, audience segmentation, targeting approaches and tone of voice.
  • Acting as brand guardian to ensure consistency throughout the customer journey.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies, third party suppliers/brands/partnerships.

Brand & Campaign Delivery

  • Support the development of compelling marketing campaigns, aligning with our wider marketing teams for seamless integration, where appropriate disseminating campaign assets and information to all channels in the business.
  • Support the SBM through writing briefs, for media agencies and creative teams.
  • Act as a key point of coordination between agencies, internal teams and suppliers.
  • Manage the day to day media plan, keeping it updated from the media agency, ensuring the designer is informed of deadlines, creating codes as per plan.
  • Manage timelines, assets and delivery schedules to ensure campaigns run smoothly and assets are delivered on time to printers or publishers.

Customer Insight & Performance

  • Deliver and measure against the agreed KPIs to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Assist in analysing campaign performance and brand metrics, using insight to inform future activity.
  • Support test-and-learn activity across channels and new acquisition opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with competitors, category trends and emerging marketing opportunities.
  • Make recommendations for new customer acquisition opportunities to the HBM, BM and identifying new channels to test and learn.
  • Support the HBM & SBM with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, accruals and reporting.
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly brand performance updates, collating the team report, using data to inform future campaigns.
  • Assist the Senior Brand Manager and Head of Brand Marketing on ad-hoc projects.

Reporting & Day-to-day Operations

  • Support the HBM & SBM with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, accruals and reporting.
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly brand performance updates, collating the team report, using data to inform future campaigns.
  • Assist the Senior Brand Manager and Head of Brand Marketing on ad-hoc projects.

The Individual

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and curious, with a strong interest in branding, consumer behaviour and marketing communications. You may already be working in marketing or in an administrative or project-based role and looking to apply your skills in a more creative, fast-paced environment. You’ll bring:

  • 1+ years experience in a role that involves coordination, delivery or project support (marketing, corporate, admin or similar).
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with acute attention to detail, and confidence managing multiple workstreams.
  • An interest in brand, consumer behaviour and creative marketing.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting at a basic level.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and strong Microsoft Office experience.

Nice To Have (but Not Essential)

  • Previous experience in a marketing, media or brand roles.
  • A business, marketing or CIM/DMI qualification.
  • Interest in health, wellbeing, nutrition or sports nutrition.
  • Experience working with agencies, partners or suppliers.
  • Strong copywriting, creative or briefing skills.
