About Orkka: At Orkka, we're building a business that moves quickly, thinks differently, and puts execution at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in helping the COO operate at their very best. This is far more than a traditional administrative position. It is a highly visible role requiring initiative, sound judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise. You will become a trusted partner to the COO, ensuring priorities are delivered, communication flows effectively, confidential matters remain protected, and no opportunity is missed. If you're someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, loves solving problems, and wants to be at the centre of a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role: As Executive Assistant to the COO, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, communication, priorities, and logistics that enables the COO to remain focused on leading and growing the business. You will act as an extension of the COO, ensuring actions are followed through, stakeholders remain aligned, and competing priorities are managed effectively. Success in this role requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail, discretion, resilience, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex and evolving diary, ensuring the COO's time is allocated effectively and strategically.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership, board, customer, supplier, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, briefing notes, and meeting documentation.
