As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a critical role in executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You’ll leverage digital channels, ABM strategies, and in-person events to connect with our ideal customers and accelerate their journey with Orkes.
Your Day-to-Day at Orkes:
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across digital channels, including paid search (Google, Meta), LinkedIn, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Partner closely with the SDR team to drive account-based marketing (ABM) programs and engage high-value accounts.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and execution.
- Plan and execute in-person events, including trade shows, industry conferences, and field events, ensuring seamless coordination and maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Own pipeline goals, ensuring marketing-driven leads and sales qualified opportunities (SQLs) contribute meaningfully to revenue growth.
Qualities That Will Help You Succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing, ideally within a VC-backed startup environment at the Series B, C, or D stage, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience running growth experiments across demand channels, performing A/B testing, and presenting performance insights and recommendations to senior executives.
- Expert in paid search, and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
- Deep understanding of ABM strategies, including account selection, personalized campaigns, and sales alignment.
- Experience planning and executing in-person events with measurable impact on lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
- A results-driven mindset, with a passion for experimentation and a bias for action.
You Will Have a Fast Start If:
- You have worked in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in developer-focused or enterprise technology markets.
- You have executed campaigns on both Paid Search and LinkedIn without any agency support.
- You have reduced your company’s reliance on paid ads by leveraging an ABM approach.
- You are proficient with Hubspot (our CRM), 6Sense and other Martech tools.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoy building programs from the ground up.

- The base salary for this role is between $85,000-$105,000 USD. When determining compensation, factors considered include: skills, experience, job scope, location, and market data.
