Following up on cold and warm leads, you will seek to increase sales by working with new contacts via telephone, email, and chat. Your day-to-day at Orkes:

  • Source opportunities with our target accounts through cold emails and calls in collaboration with the marketing team and the ABM campaign

  • Conduct research on inbound and outbound target people and companies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to advance target accounts
  • Deep understanding of the product and target audiences
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads throughout the funnel

Qualities that will help you succeed:

  • Experience in sales development or inside sales roles, with a consistent track record of over attainment of weekly and monthly targets
  • Highly self-motivated with an obsession on outbound prospecting and working with prospects on understanding their pain points and offering solutions to address them
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of outbound sales methodologies, prospecting techniques, and sales processes.
  • Experience working with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Hubspot, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Gong, Apollo, Outreach, Sales Navigator).

You will have a fast start if:

  • Prior experience selling commercial cloud services/products based on open source developer platforms is a huge plus
  • Comfortable speaking about workflows, microservices, containers, serverless
  • Strong ability to articulate, educate, and sell the business value to businesses of all sizes

The requirements listed in the job descriptions are guidelines. You don’t have to satisfy every requirement or meet every qualification listed. If your skills are transferable, we would still love to hear from you.
