The Commercial Head of Finance will take ownership of 2 Business units who are poised and gearing up for huge growth. The role will partner the 2 Directors and CEO and will drive growth and market share through strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. The group is currently No1 and 2 in Europe for these business units but less dominant in the UK, this role will be crucial in looking at opportunities and supporting the business in growing and becoming a main player in these fields. The role will be based in the newly refurbished office in Reading and will suit a progressive individual who can really engage with the business, drive growth and opportunities and someone who is excited by the journey and looking to advance their career within the organisation.
