Our client is a highly acquisitive PE backed business who is seeking to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst. The role will suit somebody looking for a fast paced, changeable environment with strong communication skills who is skilled with Excel and reporting systems. This role will strengthen the analytical skills and applications of the EPM system in the team. This is more of a project based role, identifying and delivering analytical tools or process efficiencies, rather than participating in the BAU monthly reporting cycle. As the team is small relative to the number of stakeholders across the business, this role will also support certain areas of the business in their budgeting, forecasting and business partnering requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of existing acquisition ROI reporting and drive improvements to the methodology, efficiency and quality of output. Expert level Excel skills, including power query are essential for this.
- Jedox system development: identify and implement initiatives (with 3rd party developer support) to improve efficiency and scalability and ensure continuous improvement of FP&A tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Support other areas of finance and the business to leverage Jedox for their reporting, planning & analytical requirements.
- Jedox system admin: maintain hierarchies, user & access rights; responsible for data load processes from source systems (eg. payroll & CRM / Data Lake); maintain and develop existing suite of reports (with support from 3rd party developers where necessary).
- Ownership of the budget and forecast processes for specific divisions(s) within the business.
- Support on key projects (for 2025 examples include but are not limited to the Five Year Plan, Data Lake, Acquisition budgeting & KPI reporting integration).
A salary of £60,000-£65,000 is on offer plus benefits.
