Our client is an exciting PE owned buy and build group specialising in the Cyber Security sector. With 2 acquisitions in the group currently and 4 more at various stages of completion this is an excellent time to join. The Group CFO has hired a Financial Controller who is starting at the end of September and is now looking to hire a No2 to the Financial Controller. The role is for a Group Management Accountant and will suit a progressive, driven individual who is keen to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. This role will offer a fast paced environment to learn and develop quicker than most.

  • Assist with the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting processes.
  • Work closely with the Financial Controller to maintain strong financial controls across the group.
  • Prepare and post journals including accruals, prepayments and other month-end adjustments.
  • Assist with group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Support the integration of newly acquired entities into group reporting processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of improved financial processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to provide insight and support for financial decision-making.
  • Liaise with external auditors and provide support during audits.
  • Participate in ad hoc analysis, reporting and project work as required.
