The role offers hybrid working, a salary of 60,000 70,000 plus benefits, and regular travel to Paris. The opportunity This is a broad leadership role for a qualified accountant who can bring structure, pace and sound judgement to a growing international finance operation. You will manage a team of around six while taking ownership of accurate reporting, compliance and the continued improvement of systems and controls. Key responsibilities Lead the monthly management-accounts process and deliver clear, dependable financial information. Oversee core accounting activity across payables, receivables, payroll and the general ledger. Coordinate statutory reporting, audit and tax deadlines across more than one jurisdiction. Review balance-sheet reconciliations and strengthen financial-control procedures. Prepare budgets and cash-flow forecasts to support effective decision-making. Develop the finance team and build productive relationships with colleagues in the UK and France. Help improve finance processes and support the transition of ERP and accounting systems.
